About Kids on Camera
We are a TV Casting Agency, established in 2000 that specializes in babies, kids, teenagers and up to the age of twenty year olds.
If your child has what it takes to be a star then he or she could be on a TV Commercial, on a local sitcom, a presenter, a little feature film, print ad, billboards and doing voice-overs on the radio.
We deal with all the important Ad Agencies, for programmes such as Fundani Nathi, Takalani Sesame, CrazE, YoTV and Soul Buddies. We also supply kids for shows like Egoli, and for the teenagers out there we deal with Scumpto Mag and Scampto Ground breakers. And not forgetting your precious little babies, we also do print ads for companies such as Huggies and Pampers.
We have shoots that we do in Durban and Cape Town, should your child land one of these jobs, then you as the parent will accompany them on the shoot and all accommodation and flight costs will be paid for.
Kids on Camera signs certain legal contracts on behalf of your child to make sure that they are 100% looked after on the shoot and that Breakfast, lunch and snacks are always served. There is always a child minder on set, so should you not be able to stay with your child, he or she is always well looked after.
Then you are wondering about the pay cheque! There is plenty of money to be made in the TV Industry; it is all up to you. TV work is fun – you meet famous people and get to socialize. It is hard work, but the rewards are great! You get to see yourself on TV, or print ads and get paid for it, you get paid after 30 days, exactly like a normal job. Why not!
